CASE Marketing Plan | Lowell, MA

Lowell is the cultural heart of the Merrimack Valley. It’s a city that celebrates its history and historic landscapes, its diverse communities, culture and the arts— in every sense exemplifying it’s motto “Art Is The Handmaid of Human Good.”

I worked as a member of a five-person team that created a marketing recommendations plan for the City of Lowell, MA Cultural Affairs & Special Events (CASE) department. This consultant work was an assignment for the University of Massachusetts Lowell MPA capstone project in the spring of 2019.
